One of our adventurous friends has developed the first of 5 floating villas.

This plan is to select 5 special secluded location around the Raja Ampat region and offer them as Villa accommodation, with staff to look after every need of our guests. The first Villa can accommodate small family groups for a total of 12 guests

The 5-villa plan can be manufactured as specified for 135,000USD or modified for specific use. Additionally, we have the capability to work with completely customized solutions. The floating villas are fully manufactured and commissioned onsite.

Our floating villas highlight, rustic design dominated by wood materials, while furnishings and surfaces exude elegance in every corner. Designed to feel light and breezy, allowing ample natural light to illuminate the scene by day without being too intrusive, while inviting mellow moon and starlight to add a touch of intimacy during the evenings.
