Hull thickness Inspection
Ut inspection of hull, bulkheads and decks by 3rd party insp company to class requirements.
Hull water blasted, cleaned, spot grit blasting to hull, 2 coats Jotun 2 pack jotamastic, 2 coats jotun 2 pack Safegard and 2 coats of Jotun 2 pack seaforce 90 anti foul black to underwater sections. 2 coats of Jotun Gardex to topsides hull.
Painting of topsides.
Sanding teak decks.
Timber treatment and varnishing handrails and staicases.
Replacement of anodes on hull x12, rudder x1, kort nozzle x 2, sea chests x3 and bow thruster tunnel x 3 Rudder, Kort nozzle and variable pitch propellor.
Functional checks and calibration of steering for rudder and kort nozzle, and propellor pitch. No external hydraulic leaks evident.
Serviced and tested bow thruster
- Replaced minor corroded areas around WT and external doors.
- Cut out and welded 4 insert plates into hull at midships and stern.
- Welded name, port of registry, IMO no. To vessel at bow and stern.
- Welded plimsoll load lines to port and stbd midships.
- Welded carving marks in engine room.
Overhauled all inlet and o/b discharge valves. replaced valves as required.
Opened up, inspected compressed air volume tanks x 3, overhauled system
Overhauled S/W cooling pumps on Main Engine and both Generators
Carried out internal inspections of Main Engine and gearbox and compression
Overhauled fire pump, new bearings and seals.and fit new motor
Installed modified bilge pump priming line
Overhauled EVAC system, ejector, black water pump, motor rewound new bearings and seals
Overhauled oil transfer pump.
Installed sump tanks and pumps for below decks showers and laundry.
Opened all oil, fuel, black grey and potable water tanks cleaned and inspected.
Removed stern ramp and door, blasted and repainted internally fit new hydraulic hoses and valves, serviced rams, installed new hinge pin bearings and replace ramp and door.
Serviced Air con system
Fitted fixed wall and ceiling fans throughout vessel
Range and inspect both anchor chains ( 9 shots x 90 ft)
Overhaul, fit new mainshaft seals to vpp servo box (in progress as of 26/08)
Main air con service and overhaul to both compressors. ( in progress as of 26/08)
Service Engine rm co2 system
Service fire extinguishers.
